Quality Construction All interior seams on THT welding curtains are heat-sealed to up to 1000 degrees Fahrenheit using a bar heat sealer, creating a durable bond between vinyl seams. Exterior edges and edges with Velcro attachments are sewn with a quality rot resistant nylon thread, double-stitched down the seam.
Easy Installation. Our track-mounted welding curtain systems slide in and out of use in just seconds. Most curtains can be installed by your staff (call for more information about shipping and installation details.)
Flame Retardant. All welding curtains meet CFM, NFPA-701 standards and consist of 14-oz per square-yard laminate vinyl fabric.

14 mil Aztec Orange Weld-View Vinyl – (Medium Protection) – Recommended for medium amperage welding applications reflects more light in and out than other colors. Creates a fairly bright work environment. |

14 mil Blue Weld-View Vinyl – (Medium-High Protection) – Recommended for medium-high amperage welding applications, blocks most UV light. Provides a darker work environment. |

14 mil Green Plasma-View Vinyl – (High Protection) – Recommended for Plasma Cutting,(Shade 8 protection) and high amperage welding applications block most all UV light. There is little to no visibility. Provides a very dark work environment |

Installing Econo-Welding Curtains Are A Cinch: Mount the curtains with our available 1” or 2” S-hooks over a pipe mount, or call one our sales reps for information on our roller track system.

Manufacturing Details: Econo-Welding Curtains are sewn with a high-strength rot resistant nylon thread using a double stitch. The interior seams are head welded to over 1000 degrees on a bar sealer (on larger sizes). All four sides have #2 toothed grommets punched on 12” centers.
* Stocked Econo-Welding Curtains are cut size. Finished size May be up to 3” shorter in height and width.
